The Inspiration. It was great talking with so many of you this past year. In response to these conversations I will be establishing a number of daily workshops this Fall and Winter. These workshops will entail a morning photo shoot returning to my studio at lunch time and then 2 hours of working your images on the computers. Each workshop will be limited to 3-4 people to insure a one on one mentoring program. The daily sessions will take place at different venues that will challenge a variety of composition and photographic techniques. A preliminary list of these will be set up here. Some Of The Details Each group will arrange to meet at unique locations to spend the morning taking pictures. Here I will be able to help each one individually with your camera question and concepts in composition. We will return to the studio for a light lunch and a group debriefing conversation. Your images will then be loaded on the studio computers where you'll receive an honest critique. At the same time you'll receive some photo shop and other software techniques that will help you grow as a photographer. Also in the planning stage are some evening events shooting sunsets or storms as weather permits. I would also like to host some all day events to resort areas in Manitoba. NEW 2010 A special PhotoShop and Lightroom Workshops on the Art of Photography. These are private lessons on specific techniques developed just for you. More detail will be announced shortly.
